MT Massage Therapy is a therapeutic massage practice in East Brunswick, New Jersey, focused on pain relief, improved mobility, and long-term body wellness.

Credentials and experience.

I have over 8 years of professional experience in massage therapy. I graduated from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine in East Brunswick, NJ, where I received comprehensive training in therapeutic and medical massage techniques.
My background includes therapeutic massage, medical massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, prenatal and sports massage, as well as advanced training in lymphatic drainage and facial massage. I also completed advanced education in Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques through the Freedom From Pain Institute.
In 2025, I opened my own studio to provide focused, personalized care in a calm, professional, and supportive environment.
